When Jethro saw how Moses was handling the needs of the Children of Israel in the wilderness, he told him, "What you're doing is not good!" There is something insidious that we are doing today that is also "not good." The problem is that, like Moses, most of us don't know we are doing it, nor do we truly understand the consequences.
